About Us
Michelle Ash and Rachel Shulver have owned and managed ABC since 2008. Both hold full and relevant childcare qualifications and have plenty of early years experience.
Prior to owning ABC Rachel worked in an early years setting in Germany and Michelle was a childminder.
The Pre-school has a high ratio of adults to children. Within the setting we work over and above recommended ratio’s (1:3 for children aged 1, 1:4 for children aged 2 and 1:8 for children aged 3 plus).
Settling In
We want your child to feel happy and safe at ABC. To make sure that this is the case, the staff will work with you to decide on how to help your child to settle into pre-school. We offer the family of each child a home visit with the key person and a member of the management team before they start at the nursery. We feel this is beneficial to the children as when they come in to for the first time they have a familiar adult to go to.

Monday - Friday, 8.45am – 2.45pm (Term Time Only)
Breakfast Club - 7.30am or 8am
After School Club - to 6pm
Holiday Club - 7 weeks per year.
